Customer Service Executive
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, coordinate shipment updates, and ensure smooth communication between clients, operations, and sales departments. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions and professional support throughout the logistics process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate shipment updates.
- Prepare and manage shipment documentation, billing, and reports.
- Track and resolve customer issues, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Support operational teams with order entry, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
